LEADERSHIP IS A VIRTUE NOT A VALUE
A virtue is a characteristic of a person which support individual moral excellence and collective well being. Such characteristic are valued as a principle and recognized as a good way to be. In other words, Values reflect what is acceptable in term of culture ,but virtues reflect individual human characteristics.
VIRTUE is what is democratically accepted worldwide as basic principles in closing good leader. You can't change your virtue overnight but you can change your value to favor situation at the moment.
COMR. ADEFOLU QUADRI (INNOVATOR) is a Leader with good virtues, we have known his way of life and have tested positively of some of his administrative rights, starting from 100L as the DEPUTY GOVERNOR, SASS and now in 200L.
